Specialising in numerous varieties of Banh Mi Thit, (our hero ‘The Porkee’) we also offer a range of Vietnamese food that is fresh, delicious and full of love.

When Porkees was just an idea, we travelled the country (and abroad) to taste every Banh Mi Thit we could and combined the best off all of them to create what we believe to be a real crowd pleaser. Our Bread is made locally from the most respected baker in Brisbane in a truly Vietnamese technique, our salads bought from local businesses and close family friends, our meat is carefully prepared to offer the perfect balance between taste and tenderness. Our Homemade Pate and Mayo recipe is a safely guarded secret only seen by few members of the Porkees team.
